2. Sleigh the runway – Best dressed dog and owner 
   Strut your stuff side by side in matching or themed holiday outfits. Whether you’re twinning in sparkle or rocking full Santa style, this is your moment to sleigh the crowd and the judges. 
3. Howl-iday tricks – Best dog trick 
   You’ve got 60 seconds to show us what you’ve got. Let your pooch steal the spotlight with their favourite party trick. From high-fives to happy spins, every clever move counts as we celebrate the most pawsome performance of the season. 

Photography and media: The event will be photographed. A model release form will be provided on the day for owners to give permission for their own image and their dog’s image to be used for City of Sydney promotional purposes.

By submitting this form and participating in the Santa Paws Dog Parade, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility and safety requirements

• I confirm that my dog is at least 6 months old.
• I confirm that my dog is fully vaccinated.
• I agree that my dog will remain on lead and under control at all times during the event.
• I agree that as a dog owner I am responsible for cleaning up after my dog(s) and must provide my own clean-up bags.
• I acknowledge that if I am under the age of 16 that I must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

2. Assumption of risk

• I understand that participation in the Santa Paws Dog Parade involves inherent risks, including but not limited to interactions with other dogs and potential injuries.
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and my dog’s participation in the event.

3. Indemnity I hereby indemnify the City of Sydney against any claim, damage, expense, loss, cost (including reasonable legal costs) or liability (including liabilities of the City of Sydney to third parties) arising out of or in connection with:

• Any injury or harm to my dog or other dogs.
• Any dog fights or altercations.
• Any injury or harm to myself or others caused by my dog or another person’s dog.
• My participation and/or my dog’s in the Santa Paws Dog Parade.

Purpose of collection: Purpose of collection: To gain interest and eligibility to take part in the Surry Hills Christmas Fair 2025 Santa Paws Dog Parade.

Intended recipients: City of Sydney employees.

Supply: The supply of this information is voluntary. If you are unwilling to provide this information, the City of Sydney may be unable to provide access to City of Sydney services.
