3. Without limiting (2), it is the responsibility of the accessing person to assess and verify the suitability of the information and datasets for their own purposes. In particular, the adopted assumptions, datasets and configuration cannot be assumed to be correct by the accessing person. Access to the materials does not displace, or replace, the proper analysis of performance of private land.
4. The information and data sets remain the property of the City of Sydney and are not to be copied, reproduced or released without the express and written permission of the City of Sydney.
