We’ll contact you to confirm details and provide a link to make an online payment. The City of Sydney booking system accepts credit card payments and a receipt is automatically provided.

Bookings are confirmed once we receive payment of the minimum booking fee and a copy of your public liability insurance certificate of cover. The City of Sydney requests a minimum public liability insurance of $10 million.

This is an outdoor program running rain or shine. Wear appropriate comfortable clothing that can get dirty, flat enclosed shoes, and bring a sunhat, sunscreen, water bottle, warm jacket and raincoat if showers are forecast.

For your safety, activities may be postponed or cancelled in extreme weather. Bookings may be transferred to another date or refunded if required.

Farm tasks can be modified. Let us know at time of booking if you have any questions or concerns.

We don’t have catering available but you can buy food nearby.
