As an authorised person of the organisation listed in this expression of interest, I acknowledge:
- the City of Sydney reserves the right in its absolute discretion at any time to not proceed with the process outlined in this expression of interest or any subsequent expression of interest
- the information provided in this expression of interest is true and correct
- where the applicant is a company or incorporated association, I am authorised to complete the expression of interest application form on the applicant’s behalf
- this expression of interest does not guarantee space at Perry Park Recreation Centre
- by applying for the use of particular courts and times, I am committed to a Centre hire agreement for use of the court/s and time/s applied and for the activities outlined in this expression of interest. The City of Sydney reserves the right to adjust bookings at its discretion to maximise use of the centre
- staff are appropriately qualified for the activities being provided
- current working with children checks are required for all coaches, staff and volunteers who will be working with children in the centre
- our organisation holds public liability insurance of a minimum $10 million
- any organisations of a commercial nature or any community groups that engage staff will require workers compensation insurance – this will be required upon confirmation of booking.
