Hirers must allow for set-up/bump-in, pack up/bump-out and cleaning in the hire period requested. Use beyond the agreed period of hire will incur an additional charge at the standard rate in whole hourly lots.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 7:30am–5:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 9:30am–5:30pm
Saturday: 10:30am–3:30pm
Sunday/Public holidays: closed.

I understand using reusable putty-like adhesives such as Blu Tack or UHU tac, sticky tape or fastenings are not permitted at all in hire areas. This includes on walls, cupboard doors, floors, tables and chairs. You can bring your own 3M Post-It Easel Pads or indicate below under special requirements if you wish to purchase pads from the centre. All helium balloons must be weighted.*

In an effort to reduce waste across all City of Sydney venues, the following items should no longer be used and alternative items sourced: bottled water, plastic straws, plastic serveware (including items made from expanded polystyrene), plastic utensils and single-use cups.
Public liability insurance
All parties who hire City of Sydney facilities must have $10 million public liability insurance coverage. Proof of such coverage will be required before your booking can be confirmed.

Individuals and small community groups that do not have public liability insurance may be eligible to apply for cover under the City of Sydney's community engagement liability policy at the following rates:
- Level 1 – venue booking fees under $400 excluding GST: cost will be $30 a booking.
- Level 2 – venue booking fees between $400 and $1,600 excluding GST: cost will be $110 a booking.
- Level 3 – venue booking fees over $1,600 excluding GST: cost will be $225 a booking.
