  • Building managers, owners corporation committees, residents or other representative bodies of apartment buildings can order our educational stickers and signs for delivery and installation free of charge. Please note this service is available only for apartment buildings in the City of Sydney local area.

    Residents living in houses can pick up bin stickers free of charge from our customer service centres and libraries. Call customer service on 02 9265 9333 to check we have them in stock or to have them posted to you.

    PDF versions of the stickers and signs are also available for anyone to download and print.

  • For best results we recommend using all the bin stickers and bin room signs in combination. View examples of all stickers and posters.

  • Bin stickers – to be placed on the front and lid of bins

  • Enter the number of bins and bin sizes in your apartment building’s bin room. We will supply stickers according to the number of bins indicated by you.

    You will be asked for chute room quantities later in this form, if applicable.

  • Identify the chute room set-up on residential floors in your apartment building. Enter the number of stickers and signs that you need across all your building’s chute rooms. We will supply stickers and signs according to the numbers indicated by you.

  • Purpose of collection: The information collected in this form will be used by the City of Sydney to contact you about your building's rubbish and recycling services.

    Intended recipients: Council Staff and approved contractors of the City of Sydney.

    Supply: Supply of personal information is voluntary, however it is necessary to ensure the delivery of resources and proper servicing of your building's waste.

    Access/Correction: Please contact customer service on 02 9265 9333 or at council@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au to access or correct your personal information.

    Storage: City Communications at the City of Sydney, located at 456 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000, is collecting this information and the City of Sydney will store it securely.

    Other uses: The City of Sydney will use your personal information for the purpose for which it was collected and may use it as is necessary for the exercise of other functions.
